10 reasons why a 30,000 employee China based farm equipment company would send an executive team to visit their largest and possibly only distributor in the USA.

1. They need an excuse to reward their execs with a nice trip to Northwest USA.
2. They might wish to see how they could help TYTN increase sales by purchasing a competitor.

3-10 Can't think of any others.
