I am trying to locate a friend of mine that used to be on this board. He is a shareholder of PAIM and has recently moved temporarily to Virginia Beach to help out his family.
He is a martial Arts Instructor (7th degree) in Tangsoodo, Chi Lin Kung Fu, Lastra Arnis DeMano, and others.
If anyone knows his username or has knowledge of how he can be contacted, please contact him and have him get in touch with me asap. He knows the numbers.
Thank you very much for your time.

KingVegita2006 - check your PM on proboards
A board is set up at proboards for PAIM. I apologize to the admin and mods here as I mean no harm in offering this proboards forum. I simply find proboards easier to follow conversations, share due diligence, research news and other items...
http://paim.proboards75.com/index.cgi
That is not to take anything away from this board at all, I simply have had several investor friends in PAIM ask me about a PAIM proboard and I didn't know of one. So I set one up.
I am not available to run it and am more than willing to give it to one of the moderators or admins here to operate. It is ready to go and it is easy to use. I have posted much of the News for PAIM there and it is easier to follow conversations, threads, and posts for users plus it is easier to moderate and prevent bashing and pumping. Just trying to be helpful.
http://paim.proboards75.com/index.cgi
Please contact me if you are interested in operating it.
TIA
Dr.D
I set up a KSWJ Proboards site just in case.
http://kswj.proboards82.com/index.cgi
Just set it up in case Ihub complains about 2 forums for the same company. Proboards is ready to go and easy to use. I do not have the time available to run it so I would have to give it to someone else to admin and moderate, but it is ready to go for threads, news and posting. If needed or wanted.
Just trying to be helpful.

Why the need to defend bashers?
Bashers have information. That's it. They know what they're doing, and what they're talking about, because they misrepresent the information with their intent.
Their intent is to discourage and manipulate the investors to sell to increase liquidity and selling pressure against the low demand to drive the price down (or keep it down), so that the individual or entity that the basher represents (even if it is their own position)can obtain the shares that they are in need of in order to cover a short or naked short position.
Either way, it is market manipulation pure and simple. Even if the regualtors have been reluctant to pursue or prosecute, it is still illegal. Not to mention immoral and unethical.
With the inteligence and vigilence that some bashers approach their prey, they could very easily obtain alliances or utilize their skills in a more productive and beneficial industry to society than crushing companies and small time investors along with thousands of indiviudals hopes and dreams.
I cannot wish bashers good luck in their ventures, as I believe that would only come at the demise of true investors, so I will abstain.
I have not singled any member or basher out by name, my comments have only been to make investors aware that individuals are trying to pollute or misconstrue a fair view of the information that is at hand to be analyzed.
Bashers presence here is a good sign that someone needs what we have and that is our shares. Regardless of the status of the company or the viability of them being a going concern, the presence of bashers indicates someone needs our shares and that is good news if nothing else is to be known about KSWJ. IMHO of course.
Dr.D
Hi Janice,
Actually, I learned extensively from the ongoing saga of CMKX along with the formerly lightly treated indiscretions of the marketing system and it's extended counterparts.
More is seen and known than will ever be revealed or exposed in all venues. We have to remember something, nothing is hid from "Big Brother", if he wants to know it. Nothing.
Be well.

Is there any new information about KSW Industries?
I have owned this security for a while and have not kept up with it, to my own shame.
This is a company that I simply bought on a hunch and I still feel good about it although reason is difficult to grasp at this time.
I have friends and contacts all over the world, so if someone can give me a sincere lead or address, I will have someone check it out.
It does appear that KSW has different intities from the main company that incorporated around joint ventures.
I have several million shares and I have no intent to sell them whatsoever, but I would like to try and get to the bottom of the developments since the trading halt.
For general information: When you see bashers like some of the well known ones continuing to hammer KSWJ after the usefullness of bashing it is apparently past, then it is a possible indicator that someone has a vested interest in trying to get you and I to sell our shares. These bashers are not doing this for our own good, they have monetary gain in mind, regardless of what they might proclaim. In my absolute humble opinion of course.
These are all my opinions and I do ask that you treat them as such.
Success
TIA

The information provided here has been obtained from publicly available sources as well as directly from issuers in some cases.
This is only my opinion and off the top of my head. I would suggest doing your on calculations before being convinced of anything as being proof positive.
To attempt to answer your question as to the maximum O/S at this time:
Seeing that the convertable debentures can be converted back at a 1 for 10 rate or at the .01 price then the 27 billion becomes 2.7 billion plus the 3 billion (remaining 10%) leaves 5.7 billion minus anything that may have been retired.
The 30 trillion preferred shares have to be covered by both common and preferred as they are convertable as well. These numbers should be changing as time goes by (Year by year).
30 trillion preferred is equivalent to 3 billion common. Seeing that they are covertable then we could have an O/S as high as 5.7 billion plus 3 billion = 8.7 billion common shares.
The preferred shares would decrease as they are converted to common and the common would increase. The CD's whether converted or not will affect the totals as well. My calculations would see a maximum O/S of 8.7 billion unless they do something else to increase that number.
JMHO. I ask that you treat it as such.
Dr.D
I could take offense at the slam, but I will not even though your information and conclusion is incorrect and I was not graced with the benefit of the doubt. Lied is not even in the ball park.
It was clearly stated that no distinction could be made in any equipment from the air. There could have been 1 or 5 or 15, it was not discernable, so no issue was made about any of it.
Some commented and asserted that specifics about rigs and equipment had been given out, but they were not. The only firm discussions were the locations of equipment and teams of individuals.
Do not take any of these comments personal as they were not intended to be.
I will comment no more on this topic as it is closed and was intended to stay closed except a few individuals (CMKXers) that had information would not stay quiet.
Have a nice day.

Hi Iron Maiden
Definitely like the music.
Trying to get the regulators to recognize the market manipulation going on against SMMW. I only have about 20 million, but if the market has to cover, it will be enough IMHO.
Be well.

Is there a link to this information?
That states that the insiders hold more shares than the entire O/S?
-Short Seller Capture Capital-
The stock holdings of LFWK insiders currently exceed the number of outstanding shares that the company has issued to date. CEO Dennis Ammerman reiterates, "We must work to squeeze these people out of the way. We will work harder and smarter to put this behind us permanently, and get on with the business of growing businesses and not mounds of stock certificates.
"We are not sure how LFWK stock trades tens of millions of shares each day when our own insiders own millions of shares more than the outstanding shares issued; however, our focus must remain that of commercial viability and not equity market predilections if we are to truly benefit our shareholders and complete the merger with Sulja Bros. Building Supplies, LTD., the primary distribution arm of Consultech Construction Management, Inc. Midwest operations, as planned," said Ammerman.

Hi 2500hd
In reply to your question, there is nothing safe about the pink sheets and I could and would not advise you either way concerning the safety of investing any monies in any particular stock as there are no guarantees of continued success.
We have to remember that every issuer, security and shareholder has to utilize the system that is in place in the market to be able to actively trade. Unfortunately our market's system and regulators are not known for their fairness or creating a level trading platform or playing field for those investing in Pink Sheets/OTC companies.
The playing field therefore always leans in the direction favored by the market's makers and not in the direction that one would expect for normal activities to transpire based upon a company's value and the security's legitimate supply and demand.
Market Transparency is not one of the benefits that we, as investors, enjoy without great expense being incurred. Even then, we find that the regulator's (SEC) that was developed to be our guardian against the market's devices and thugs opposes our rights as investors to gain access to valuable transaction data both real and historical.
It can be kind of like playing pin the tail on the donkey, but you never get to take the blind fold off to see how you did, you have to take the word of those with eyes to see to give you a description of your achievements.
IMHO, if the market is not pressed for time to cover PAIM quickly, then the PPS could be permitted or instigated by the system to fall back for the purpose of diminishing investor confidence. As confidence wanes the PPS would legitimately begin to fall and the market will be able to pick up a lot of long shares on the way down. When the level of resistance is established by investors unwilling to sell, the market would let it run up again thus catching new shares while covering the same PPS territory they have already covered. They have the ability to see everything going on while our vision is limited. If time permits, the market could do this time and time again.
But, if time is of the essence, then the market-teers begin to compete against one another for the available shares in the market place. This is the scenario all investors are hoping for as the permitted fall backs of the PPS are minimal and the push forward to new heights in hope of covering the open fail to delivers as quick and at as low a price as possible. This is also what we call a short squeeze. The market makers hate them and the regulators (SEC and friends) try their best to protect the market system and it’s makers from being oppressed by such an environment. Personally, I believe if the market continues to oppress an issuer’s security and the investors in that security by failing to deliver on shares sold and naked short selling into the buying pressure without covering then they get what they deserve by being short squeezed.
It is time the regulators wake up and realize whose side they are supposed to be on. THE INVESTORS!
These are only my opinions and I so hope that you treat them as such.
Dr.D
Hi Let's roll
I appreciate the comments and I do believe it is well within the ability of the existing shareholders to buy up the remaining shares, -- If this has not already been done. It is difficult to estimate what is still available in the float, but my calculations show that there are very few if any legitimate shares still available.
It is highly probable that the majority of the buying that is going on in the market place is simply the recovering of the short/naked short shares that have been released over the last 6 months or so.
I do believe there were a lot of longs that sold some shares yesterday, but I don't believe it was near enough to remedy the markets open position on PAIM.
These are just my opinions though and I do ask that you treat them as such.
I will check in as I can.
Success. Be well!

PAIM trading data ...
After the 15th of June when the 90% buy back was supposed to be separated leaving only a total of 3 billion outstanding with less than 1.5 billion available in the float, probably more like 1 billion. In the trading data for each day we can see that the trading volumes far exceed the available shares at any given time, even if there were those that were swing trading, which I doubt if many were. It does appear that the market is attempting to remedy a huge mistake, short, or naked short position from the books. Just my opinion of course. Here is some trading data so you can arrive at your own conclusions.

It's Nice to see the run...
Congratulations to all of you that have been holding PAIM as the run for today should have easily covered anyone’s investment monies.
I see there are some infiltrators on the board that may have ulterior motives to try and discourage you about PAIM's future and entice you to abandon ship. I would make note of those that seemingly continue a negative tone for no apparent reason. I recognize some names quite easily that have been known to hire their services out to manipulate investors to sale their positions in particular securities.
I do not post much here, but I do appreciate the opportunity to stay in touch with investors that are still encouraged in the hopes of a prosperous future and still have the courage to chase the American dream. I believe PAIM is doing better than most at this level of playing field and anyone discouraged in Pearl’s efforts should look around at the other companies at this level where 99% of management’s efforts are hidden from the investors or blown out of proportion trying to manipulate investors to pony up more money while the company is being diluted.
I salute Pearl and PAIM’s efforts and the rewards that we have already received and those that are coming. I see no reason to doubt the sincerity of PAIM’s direction, actions towards shareholders, and a very creative way of trying to bring the share structure back into focus after the market made shambles out of the forward split not only once, but now twice.
Stay strong and never invest anything you can’t afford to lose! Stick to the facts as you know them to be reported to you by the company and the professional’s you may personally have contact with. I assure you that there are few if any sincere professionals around these boards that are here for your benefit. Most hired professionals around the boards are here for the hedge funds, market makers, and those holding short/naked short or simply professional trading positions that are here to wreck your investment opportunity.
Success to PAIM and your/our investment.
Be well

Thanks.
Time will tell I guess.
Much appreciated.

Although we set 15th of June as the buy back/exchange date, DTC didn't notify their participants to segregate 90% of the shares until the 21st of June, so probably only shares owned before the 21st were subject to the buy back.
DTC should send 90% of your shares to us in exchange for the convertible debenture. We expect the CD to begin trading OTC on the Yellow Sheets in the near future and there should be no restrictions on your selling or trading your CD after the exchange is completed. Your remaining 10% should be available for trading now.
Any shares bought and sold in the market now should only be the remaining 10% although some of DTC's participants have failed to notify their clients which has resulted in many shareholders selling shares short they thought were available from the 90%.
When the buy back is complete we expect the shares to adjust to .001 per share or higher depending on how the market responds to our future progress and movements in the price of gold.
Respectfully yours,
pearl
I guess this explaines why I lost 90% of the shares I purchased on the 20th......
Hi everyone.
I hope you are well. I am new to this board and I would like to say that I appreciate the opportunity to read the contributions from the many different members.
I am not aware of the admins at this time, but I want to express my gratitude to you for your service to all of us shareholders and to let you know that we appreciate your commitment to provide this venue for our education, entertainment, enjoyment, and participation.
I have been a shareholder of PAIM for only around 8 months, and as Pink Sheets companies go I believe this is one I will hold on to. I am somewhat familiar with the company, but I will continue to educate myself in management awareness and its efforts as well as the availability of the mineral resource. The contributions that are being made here (on this board) I believe will assist in that endeavor as many of you are deeply involved with this investment and have went the extra mile to recover DD and information 1st hand.
My hats off to all of you and thank you for sharing your invaluable knowledge of this investment with all of us.
Sincerely,
Dr.D
UCAD 3:1 Forward info (Please Read)
Hi Everyone. I just spoke to Chris Hanneman at UCAD and she asked me to pass this information on to you.
Some main things concerning the UCAD capitalization 3:1 forward split.
1. The 3:1 is in the hands of NASDAQ and the split is imminent
2. Stocks will be adjusted in you r brokerage account automatically you don’t have to do anything
3. There will be a new CUSIP Number applied to UCAD as the split takes place. The first (Or old) CUSIP will not be used anymore and everyone that bought shares under that old CUSIP number will get the 3:1 forward split. As the split occurs on the market, the old CUSIP will be disengaged and the NEW CUSIP will be in effect. The NEW CUSIP will reflect the price reduction and will not be entitled to the 3:1 forward.
Example: If the market is trading for UCAD tomorrow at 11:16AM at $15.00 and NASDAQ releases the split at 11:17AM and the price drops to $5 per share. The UCAD CUSIP 903328995 will cease at 11:17AM and the new UCAD CUSIP number (whatever it is) will take over. Everyone that buys at the Pre-Split price will get the old CUSIP number and the 3:1 forward. Everyone that buys afterwards will not.
4. Certificate holders of UCAD will show the old CUSIP Number and they do not have to turn these certificates in to get the 3:1 forward. Although NO NEW certificates will be sent out to certificate holders reflecting the new totals of the 3:1 forward, all shares on the certificates with the old CUSIP will be automatically upgraded when they are turned in to be traded. There is NO NEED to send your old certificates in and pay the extra prices to get them changed over it will just cost you and UCAD more money for the exchange. CHRIS Hanneman from UCAD personally told me you do not have to send these certificates in. So save the extra cost of switching the certs. They will be automatically upgraded to the 3:1 and new CUSIP when they are sent in for trading.
5. All CMKXers that have received the UCAD share dividend have the old CUSIP. The electronic shares will show the 3:1 forward in your brokerage accounts but the certificate holders will not.
6. If you have certificates on UCAD and want to pay the extra fees to get the new UCAD certificates you can, they will be available, but you will have to pay the extra charges and so will UCAD. Not necessary in my opinion. Save the money.
The split will in no way affect UCAD maintaining a price average if they are trying to qualify for an upper market. Chris did not say they were, but I am saying “if they were” the post-split price would not affect the trading price average of UCAD as the Pre-Split price would be the true price factored in.
Everything at this point as far as the shares being transferred has been completed and UCAD and all of us share holders are simply waiting for the NASDAQ to initiate the split into the market. It could be Tuesday, Wednesday, etc… But the initiation will take place at NASDAQ’s leisure and is completely out of the hands of UCAD at this time. So please don’t wear CHRIS out with phone calls. She didn’t say to not call her, but I am saying she has to need a break. Going from 300 or so shareholders to 42000+ has to be a trying experience.
I hope these communications answers some of the questions you may be having. If not feel free to contact me for further clarification or if need be you can call Chris at:

Thanks for your time

Hi Howdy,
I would be very interested in looking at your concerns on my speculative calculations and projections if you could break that down for me in valuation terms of what CMKX actually possesses in assets (200 billion SGGM shares (.25 each today)+ Carolyn + Magnetic and non magnetic anomalies + etc...)and the potential growth of the company.
I hope my opinions didn't overly concern you. Ludicrous is such a strong word.
I believe we can reason together to reach an acceptable specualtion based on facts that will be not so "ludicrous" as you might think.
Thanks for your feedback and I look forward to your reply.

Here is a comparison map of Saskatchewan (our region of FALC) and the N.W.Territory pipes. This is provided by Kensington Resources. Here is the link:
http://www.kensington-resources.com/s/MapsandPhotos.asp?ReportID=81541&_Title=This-diagram-illus....
I will show the CaratPerTon of the Northwest Territories in a moment. We can see how huge the pipes are at Saskatchewan compared to the NW Territories and African pipes.
Alex provided the following additions to the thread as an idea of what was happening in these smaller pipes in the N.W.Territories. The Fort A la Corne region is supposed to be significvantly more diamondiferous, more macro diamonds, beter, quality etc... Thanks Alex

"The current best fits to the available data give the following estimates:
Pipe ------- crt/ton ---$value/crt --- value / tonne$
Hearne ---- 2.33 ------ 44 ----------- 103
Tuzo ------- 2.20 ------ 68 ----------- 150
Tesla ------ 0.37 ------ 96 ------------ 36
5034 ------ 1.60 ------ 51 ------------ 82
"
This gives us somewhat of an idea of what is to be expected. These are numbers from DeBeer's pipes in the NW Territories. So the 0.5 carat per tonne that you used Dr. Diamond is reasonable to say the least.
------------------------------------------------------------
End Alex's additions
As we can see the carat per ton from these advanced mines show us that they are producing:
2.33 CPT
2.20 CPT
.37 CPT
1.60 CPT respectively.
A medium of 1.625 can be derived from these 4 fully operational mines. Kensington and Star are still sampling in FALC and production will be far better than what they are announcing right now. IMHO. Kensington has complained that DeBeers is holding down and back the true results for the diamond samples and are upset because it is keeping Kensington's PPS down. It had fallen from 2.34 down to .80 cents when the complaint was issued by Kensington. I believe there fear was that DeBeers would keep the PPS down on Kensington in case they decided they wanted to buy them out completely or take them over.
We will see the carat per ton come up on the Shore Gold and Kensington mines as time goes on. Remember Shore Gold and Kensington are still sampling and these other mines are in production. The big boys will keep the best results back just as I believe Urban and CMKX has on Carolyn and it will be released before long. This is all part of the business and we need to take that into account. Either way on the CPT data that is released: whether it is 1 CPT, .5 CPT, .2 CPT, or .1 CPT that is announced it will always be subject to scrutiny because of the nature of the industry.
I am sure all of this is irrelevant as it will be what it will be. Just some food for thought to add to the mix.
