Sorry, tried to get a hotlink...
Just put the address:
4729 E SUNRISE DR #338
TUCSON,AZ 85718
Into Google Earth and see for yourself.
You will find a UPS store in a strip mall.
FAIL.
BORK is sure to surge, since I just sold my remaining shares.
(NOT laughing out loud!)
Lost my a$$ playing with this stock, well, at least, all my "play money".
I had hoped the product would make up for the management.
WRONG.
The Emperor, ladies and gentlemen, has no clothes.
$485 cleaning fee for WINE SPILLS on the chartered aircraft.
Too damn funny.
I'm out.
This whole "BORK" saga reminds me of a cult - please DO NOT drink the kool-aid!!!
The emperor has no clothes, folks.
I just watched the local Tucson TV report about BI owing back pay - one of the suits filed for back pay resulted in a $40K judgement against BI (not that they will ever get paid). I checked the Pima County Court Clerk and there are a handful of pending suits against BI.
1. Can't make a sale.
2. Can't pay employees.
3. Can't keep the telephone from being disconnected.
4. CAN generate infinite excuses.
In my opinion, this company either started as or gradually became, a scam.
Well, let's hope there is a viable plan "B". We probably won't hear anything about it until after sentencing, if indeed JB was trying to use his proprietary knowledge regarding the creation of Kryron as a bargaining chip in the court (local employment, $ for the local economy, et al).
God, what a ride.
Max, what say you?
Sorry to hear that, Fever.
Please let us know what you find.
Deep cleansing breaths, my friend.
Peace to you.
Looks like the perfect storm has fallen on BORK:
-No sales.
-No leadership.
-An alcoholic ex-felon at the helm.
-Consistent pattern of inside liquidation(s).
-Others now divesting to offset gains made elsewhere before the 2013 change in capital gains tax rates.
I thought I got BORKed when I punched out at $0.75 PPS.
Heavy heart for those who now stand to likely lose everything.
I am watching the "Jungle Gold" TV show, and someone in the scene just strapped on a ballistic vest. I did not see if they detailed the plates in the shot - no DVR... Did anyone get a look???
"Mike. . . am able to confirm that BORK's VOIP lines are/were down, likely due to a problem with fiber optic somewhere along the 'line', leaving them with only two land lines for the office."
I mistook that to imply a cut, because only a cut would be a likely explanation for the duration of the outage. In my head "problem with fiber" = "cut".
It's apparently an equipment issue and/or billing issue with their ISP/VOIP provider, which is a local reseller of Novatel, which is a reseller of Verizon service.
At any rate, it doesn't matter whether there is phone service, or even electrical service at Drexel if there is neither product to sell, nor orders to fulfill.
Somebody prove me wrong, please. I WANT BORK TO SUCCEED. I WANT TO BELIEVE. But, please, how many times in a row does the toast have to land jelly-side down before it becomes apparent that something is not quite right?
So, what are you saying?
I don't know how to interpret that graph.
I do know that: no working capital + no inventory + no sales = DEAD Company.
Did I miss something?
Yeah. I'm really not buying the VOIP story.
If there was a fiber cut, it would have affected a major ISP network backbone, and thousands of people would have been affected, but only for a few hours. Fiber cuts are caused often by something like a train derailment (most railways lease their right of way to network providers - like ATT) so they don't take 24 hours to be located and repaired.
Also, the network techs at the NOC at Verizon and Novatel would have told me if that was the case.
Two hard wire POTS lines? One for fax and one for voice. Kinda slim.
That toll-free # could have been retermed to ring on a Verizon cellphone temporarily.
And who uses a hard wire line as the lead line in a hunt group that rolls over to VOIP? I don't think so.
Fun fact - the number 520-624-5248 once belonged to a pawn shop on E22nd in Tucson. THEIR toll-free number, however is functional.
For what it's worth, the toll-free number for BORK is STILL returning a busy signal. Odd, since it is 23:15 PDT.
I'm growing suspicious.
-David
Damn, that's downright devious.
Makes a great story.
We'll have to see how it plays out.
Help me to understand. I watched the stock minute by minute today.
There was a total of about 100K shares bought in large chunks at $.60 when the market BID was 20% less. I think there were some blocks that were purchased OVER the ASK price? HUGE SPREAD.
In real dollars transacted, it's insignificant; but, on paper, it made BORK look like its market cap grew 20% in a few hours?
Somebody who has been playing the game for years, please tell me what are the likely scenarios and what do they mean for the future of BORK.
Forgive my naivete, but I am NEVER afraid to ask a question - even if "Captain Obvious" would know the answer.
Thank you!
Damn. Your argument sounds compelling.
SEC rules are convoluted enough make your scenario very plausible.
I don't buy into the ideas floating about that JB is/was involved in anything nefarious - secretly scheming and manipulating markets in order to get a sole interest of KRYRON and BORK and take it private. Frankly, I don't know what the hell went on. It does look like he (and all of US) got cheated by the "White Knight", while BORK was trying to raise capital.
I've seen where the "Big Boys" will strangle a mom and pop start up, and then take their market from them. One has to wonder if JB didn't talk to some of the armorers and specialty materials manufacturers in the very beginning, and then got black-balled?
BKO sounds bad. Nobody wants that. What can we all do to help prevent that? I am ITCHING to jump back in and ride the wave as we see KRYRON change the world (parts of it, at least) But, absent inventory, working capital, and purchase orders or contracts.... ???
Toll free number busied out.
I did some investigation (I worked in Telecom years ago).
My OPINION is that either BORK is having an equipment failure with their VOIP, OR they have deliberately taken the toll free number "off hook", OR their VOIP reseller has reason to suspend service, which I find to be unlikely.
Can't dig deeper w/o breaking the law, so that's where I stop.
Oh, here's a gem. Looks like BORK was starving for capital, was profiled by Fairhills Capital, and wound up getting screwed. IF the allegations at this link are true:
http://www.sec.gov/litigation/complaints/2012/comp-pr2012-165.pdf
Or am I just missing something?
So, that would mean, in my understanding, that the "Sugar Daddy" -Fairhills, is no longer able to supply BORK with cash for operations. Which may be why insiders have been selling out, because they know the easy-cash is no longer an option???
Somebody shake me to wake me, because this could be interpreted as a very very bad turn of events. Tell me I am wrong, and WHY, please.
Thanks!
The toll free number does not appear to be disconnected as of 10/1/2012. A search on it returned:
"877-3796551 In Use since 2011 for a customer of Verizon 800-483-3722"
This number works: Bourque Industries 520.624.5248.
The toll free number appears to be not working at this time.
Max, other than a guy in Ghana who happens to be wearing a Bourque Terminator Armor T-shirt...? Is that shirt supposed to represent some valuable PR score? I think it's an ironic bit that the two are chasing after gold in the jungle. (any parallels there?)
MAX! Good to hear from you in the forum.
I agree 100% - something makes no damn sense. So, maybe the nonsensical is the only explanation that pans out...
Haven't been able to shake the feeling that subterfuge and sleight of hand have been in play since the company peaked and then precipitously fell through one support after another until the unthinkable $0.04 PPS.
So, now BORK is worth only the estimated value of the intellectual property associated with the Kryron alloying process? Hmmm...
Sorry, Max, I got my clock cleaned already, and what remains of my tiny portfolio is something I cannot put at risk.
So, if a 500K sale can bring the PPS down 48%, with a pool of nearly 350,000,000 shares outstanding, in my little head, that is some seriously bad news. There is no real support for the stock anymore(?). Another insider sale and we will see, what? $0.02 PPS?
So damned disappointing.
I am confused as well. I remember someone, an alleged ex-employee, PACCO111(?) posting that the stock was headed to pennies per share. I don't remember when it was posted or what the PPS was at the time. I'd like to know what that poster knew and how he knew it - if it was not just some "lucky shot" (pun-intended)...
I jumped out and was decimated back when the PPS was in the $0.65 area. Figured it was time to cut and stand back and watch what would happen over time.
Something about this company is NOT making sense, other than cents, and I am completely baffled. In the financials there is NO inventory of product?! WTHeck is that about?
Insiders selling...folks either not getting paid or deferring compensation?
Then, the champions of the product, the sunshine/kool-aid folk all falling off this board.... Where are the supposed industry-savvy posters who claimed they either could sell or had offered opportunities to sell Kryron to some large organization?
The "Pit Bull On Steroids" - STRAC(?)?
MAXXVONRICHTER (?) ?
And Sean Floyd, who I believe to be an honest person, swallowed up by the "BORG" and assimilated?!
Something is not right. The product is real. Why have we come to this place? Is it really JB? How and/or why would he deliberately crash BORK? Did he?
And what of Basalt?!
This is like a bad acid trip.
Anyone? Help? Not pointing fingers, just want to know why 2+2=1...
Reminds me of how "collections" companies buy debt credit card that was already written off - for about 10% of book value. Whose shares were traded for that debt?
How long is IV restricted from selling the shares?
Somebody please tell me that this actually was a pivotal turning point, and why.
Maybe some of that that 500,000,000 (am I right with that number?) pool of "incentive" shares can be used to buy some hot-shot COO to shakedown BI, cut the fat off, and kick some butt - PRONTO.
KRYRON is an amazing product with so much potential. Pity.
-David
What does this mean?
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=53914336
Does it mean BI sold IV 33,000,000 shares at $0.024 in order to retire about $800,000 of BI debt?
Thanks, JOHN11. Good to hear from you again!
Agreed with the JB legal issue. We need to drop it and let the system work.
ATTL is a straight-shooter and by no means a "yes" man.
The window is still open for BI to kick butt.

Competition in the battery market...
My bad. I thought there was some large pool of BAM shares (or something) that were related to BI that were coming off some kind off restriction this fall...
Same here. I was expecting about $0.07/share by now.
When the next big batch of restricted shares come into the market this fall(?) then the poopy will already have hit the fan.
So, we have a few months for BI to pull a 'rabbit out of its hat', before we see PPS approaching zero, IMHO.
C'mon, BI, you can do it.
Max, I'm not worried about the aptitude of the individual in the batting box - I'm terribly concerned about the calls made by the 'Team Manager'. Sean is a straight-shooter. I wish him all the best.
At this point I'd put a defibrillator on it.
All I see is insiders selling, and private $4 longs desperately averaging down. Period. There is nothing of any substance.
Scorpitron, I have no axe to grind with Chris Coolio.
It is my opinion that he has been given the same snake oil salesman treatment from John Buorque that we all have been subjected to.
I wanted this product to work, am a long, and stand to lose more than I should have risked. Oh, well. Chalk it up to experience and move on, I guess.
I imagine that in the Fall, when the restricted shares open up, this stock will drop to less than $0.01/share. Unless there is some miracle, and it would take a miracle.
Of course, the Fortis-UK and Fortis-SA DID return my call and both said they had never heard of either BI or KRYRON.
You wrote:
"apparently I was the first "random curious BORK shareholder" to call him who actually left their REAL NAME AND NUMBER for callback purposes, unlike some other random jerks who just wanted to call to harass him and didn't have the decency to leave their real info. "
Your assumption is absolutely incorrect.
I called the day after the Fortis/BI PR had been released. I left my name, my phone number, and my reason for calling. I received no call back.
Until I see ink on paper and pallets of product wrapped and shipped, I call Bovine Scat. Bovine Scat!!! Did I stutter?!!! Bovine Scat!!!
I was really hopeful 12 months ago. Now, my confidence level in BI is next to zero.
Every start up has issues, but this trip has been just too weird.
"RECONSTRUCTING"?
What, with crayons and an abacus?
You mean FORTIS is STILL DOWN - since 06/02/12.
VERY EXCEPTIONALLY NOT GOOD, and speaks volumes about just what kind of company they are. Even a 12 year old knows to keep a back up image of a webserver, or at the very least a back up of the files so it can be manually reconstructed - within about one hour.
Just another ridiculous example of a BORK PR POS.
Hmmmm.....
Sounds interesting.
Bourqe is in a better position. BI is near dead.
He will walk (BKO) - retain the IP value of the patents, then either sell them, or go private.
Prove me wrong, JB.
Please.
You can't and you won't. It's not in your nature. Just like an alcoholic - it's all about you and you alone.
