This whole "BORK" saga reminds me of a cult - please DO NOT drink the kool-aid!!!
The emperor has no clothes, folks.
I just watched the local Tucson TV report about BI owing back pay - one of the suits filed for back pay resulted in a $40K judgement against BI (not that they will ever get paid). I checked the Pima County Court Clerk and there are a handful of pending suits against BI.
1. Can't make a sale.
2. Can't pay employees.
3. Can't keep the telephone from being disconnected.
4. CAN generate infinite excuses.
In my opinion, this company either started as or gradually became, a scam.
