SEC rules are convoluted enough make your scenario very plausible.
I don't buy into the ideas floating about that JB is/was involved in anything nefarious - secretly scheming and manipulating markets in order to get a sole interest of KRYRON and BORK and take it private. Frankly, I don't know what the hell went on. It does look like he (and all of US) got cheated by the "White Knight", while BORK was trying to raise capital.
I've seen where the "Big Boys" will strangle a mom and pop start up, and then take their market from them. One has to wonder if JB didn't talk to some of the armorers and specialty materials manufacturers in the very beginning, and then got black-balled?
BKO sounds bad. Nobody wants that. What can we all do to help prevent that? I am ITCHING to jump back in and ride the wave as we see KRYRON change the world (parts of it, at least) But, absent inventory, working capital, and purchase orders or contracts.... ???
