Reminds me of how "collections" companies buy debt credit card that was already written off - for about 10% of book value. Whose shares were traded for that debt?

How long is IV restricted from selling the shares?

Somebody please tell me that this actually was a pivotal turning point, and why.

Maybe some of that that 500,000,000 (am I right with that number?) pool of "incentive" shares can be used to buy some hot-shot COO to shakedown BI, cut the fat off, and kick some butt - PRONTO.

KRYRON is an amazing product with so much potential. Pity.
