Looks like the perfect storm has fallen on BORK:

-No sales.
-No leadership.
-An alcoholic ex-felon at the helm.
-Consistent pattern of inside liquidation(s).
-Others now divesting to offset gains made elsewhere before the 2013 change in capital gains tax rates.

I thought I got BORKed when I punched out at $0.75 PPS.
Heavy heart for those who now stand to likely lose everything.
