Lovin it!!
Home from woork to se I almost got a double..this stock is better than lottery tickets!! GLTA
Where did Chiphldr go?
I have been mostly away for the last few weeks and am wondering what happened to chip? Seems the momo has slowed since his departure....Still looking for a good entry point here....
that would be anyone who owns this stock..It has never not been a penny..interesting
Who is keeping count?
What number PR is this that promises Audited finacials Soon??
I hope they deliver for real soon, But not to soon, I need a better re entry point : ). Really though I hope Marquee does a better job of releasing deliverable and timely PR's. Being a profesional PR firm should mean that you investors and us hopeful to re-invest can take the latest PR to the bank..!!
LOL we think the same. I was typing my response when you added this one...
This could explain the real estate not being accounted for in Sulja's latest financials. Not sure if its legal, but if Counseltech is the on record owner, when Sulja merges with them the real estate value could be used to further boost the companies valuation. Nice little 3 card monty action, even though, it should give us another nice boost in PPS. Just food for thought.
I have not seen one indication that the initial properties are accounted for on the new financials. And for holding long term My .09ish average out for this spike looks ok today...I still think this will go up further but taking profits is why we are here..NO???
I think the loft stuff walked with Ammerman. My opinion but the loft income has not been mentioned since Sulja started running the show.
.0128...lol someones fat finger cost them dearly!!! bet the wanted .128 damn...
This has been a great run up so far...
I am a bit worried though why every news releases adds another company on top of another...
Loftwerks-Sulja-Conseltech-Vista group-Kore-Red Sea-Wessal International??? DO NOT GET ME WRONG "I'M RICH BIATCH" DUE TO THIS STOCKS PERFORMANCE. but am getting a bit leary of the new names every press release. If some one can show me the clear trail I would be put a bit at ease. Every web site seems to be under construction
they are the same board!! Just that to carry the nasdaq top board you need to meet requirements. OTCbb is run on the nasdaq trading system but stocks traded there are not up to the level of trading on the a board...nasdaq is a trading system not really a trader if ya get what I mean
Molson
Oh yes I would love to see this stock meet min requirements for the top Nasdaq board! I would buy a small island with my profits if those requirements are ever met. That would make this stock a true rocket to richland, but I feel this stock (if it is as solid as the PR's would have us beleive) will do nice on the otc bb where they can release current up to date information and get us in dime quarter range while forming a verifiable history to grow from.
I was not aware the otc.bb had a min stock price req?
Yahoo finance showing a market cap of 8.9 mill...is this new also?.I havn't really been watching this stock as of late. if so that would give a 178mil o/s at .05...very interesting
It has updated a few times but its not exactly what it should be..plus I am getting the red/green ticks in the trend indicator as well. Might just be a glitch but the trend indicator is following the the trades....
.054/.055 woot!!
Hasn't seen .15 since last july aug
Ohio..I have been watching wide eyed all day...but my ameritrade streamer has never shown a bid and ask on this pink..but about 20 min ago it started to...Makes me wonder a bit about any changes in the works....good change may be right ahead
A bid and ask just started showing on my TDAmer streamer..wierd....
What date can $1mil worth of shares start
being sold again?
about time!!
maybe some resolution will come about.

I got free account no PM.
I will stick it out and see what happens over the next few days may just be a system glitch being that I am overseas ATM. Or maybe my ISP provider bought this baby at .40 last spring and has blocked it LOL just kidding. Thanks for the help though
Nope, Wierd this site used to load fine.
Well when the updated stuff is posted could it be mirrored here for us folks seemingly unable to get the page to display?
All I get is page not available.
Could you copy and post here what is up there in terms of finacials?
Is the website is down?
I have not been able to log on to either mentioned site in quite a while. The one in the PR is just a main directory of a password protected site. The other site folks keep posting here used to work a month or so ago, but I cannot get it to load recently. If people really have access to the REAL site copy what is up on it and please paste it here on this board for us who for some reason seem not to be able to connect to the site. This is the only website folks say is there, but that I cannot get to load seems rather wierd maybe just a glitch in the system.
No matter what has happened there at KKD. The donuts still rock!! and that may just be enough to bring this puppy back to former glory status!! A good product will keep any business afloat.
OWENQ here it is
All the stock holders who thought they were getting nothing for the shares are now looking like they will get warrants towards the new issuance. Might be another pop as the news spreads. Be careful!
WILMINGTON, Del. (Dow Jones)--Owens Corning (OWENQ) said Wednesday that it reached a deal with its major creditors to rewrite its Chapter 11 plan and get out of bankruptcy.
Norman Pernick, attorney for the Toledo, Ohio, maker of building materials, announced the outlines of the broad-ranging pact at a court hearing in Pittsburgh.
Banks, bondholders and even official representatives of existing shareholders are on board with the deal, Pernick said.
Owens Corning will have to rewrite its plan to incorporate the deal, which includes a new equity commitment.

DJ Owens Corning Reaches Deal On Consensual Ch 11 Plan -2-
Existing shareholders, who were supposed to receive nothing under the Chapter 11 scheme that Owens Corning filed last Dec. 31, will get warrants to buy up to 5% of the stock in the reorganized company, Pernick said.
The strike price on the shareholder warrants will be $45.25 a share, and shareholders will have up to seven years to decide if they want to exercise them.
Most of Owens Corning, however, will be in the hands of bondholders, trade creditors and asbestos creditors, under the revised plan outlined in court.
The company has been in bankruptcy since Oct. 5, 2000, and is aiming to get out by this Oct. 30, Pernick said.

LOL this is only a flip at best for me. But the warrants mentioned in the last part of your news post for up to 5% are going to be issued to current stock holders as I understand it
.
Yeah I may enter on this one again and see what happens. I need to sit down and figure what actual A/S would equal at the strike price. Also if congress forms the asbestos fund next go around a huge debt could be lifted from this business. Plus this company has a huge earning potential. So, I gut feel a few bucks still possible in the near future for the folks looking to get the 7 year option.
OWENQ here is the why!!
Could be a nice move up from here still!!

I read the restructure plan which was calling for a delisting of this stock and reissuance after bankruptcy. Did something change?? This is a rocket today, to bad I dumped this a few weeks back for a wash stupid me!
