Totally agree. The constant blather about Bubba and his plans for John Simmonds' rear end is annoying and unhelpful. Whoever that is has some serious anger toward the ACSimmonds players that's for sure.
The prison system in Canada is pretty lenient I hear and even as compared to the US, the Hollywood portrayal of the bum r@ping is not at all what happens there.
The man is ruined. He will never again amount to anything, and his legacy which included a few good things (club link, Midland radio) will now forever be that he was the crook in an otherwise very impressive family of entrepreneurs.

I would suspect Mr Smmons is in Warkworth Ontario. He will be housed with inmates of his age group and with people convicted of similar crimes. The "bubba" scenario will not play out. I'm sure he will be attending all the various classes available to help build a positive parole application. Mr Simmonds will be released on parole with stringent safeguards in place to prevent a repeat of his misadventures.

Further update on Simmonds new venture….

As disclosed previously here first, Simmonds has started a new venture in jail, that being the supply of commissary items such as Doritos, toilet paper, instant cup noodles, and Astroglide.

John has apparently secured a publicly traded entity located in Nevada, with the OTC stock symbol SUCS, “Simmonds Universal Commissary Services”. He has authorized me to sell shares of lifetime restricted stock @ .10 / each to anyone who is dumb enough to fall for this scam again. (You know who you are…Rabea, Greeko, ALLASS, Weirder, Swilliams, etc.)

When reached by telephone, SIMMONDS had this to say…”We have secured a shell corp. in Nevada that I am excited to announce has secured the rights to sell commissary items throughout federal prisons in Canada. We have already bulked up on essentials such as toilet paper and Astroglide, as these are (2) hot commodities that are in super high demand, especially where I am located here in bubbaland.”

Simmonds has started a new venture from jail. Details are a little sketchy, but it appears as though he has plans to monopolize the sale of Ramon noodles, Doritos, Toilet paper, and Astroglide throughout federal prisons in Canada.

When questioned by telephone regarding his newest venture he had this to say. “Now that I have had 8 months to consider my next venture, between visits by bubba and friends, I came to the realization that if I controlled the supply of these essential jailhouse commodities, I might have a chance at a normal bowel movement sometime soon. I won’t survive 6 more years at this rate.”

He then added. “Additionally, I have 2.7M$+ of restitution to pay back once I am released, and this venture will assist me in making a small dent in this debt obligation., which shows contrition and commitment. I don't know about Simmonds and how he is being treated in prison. I find it hard to believe that officers will let him be raped or even abused. John is a smooth talker and I wouldn't be surprised if he is 'bribing officers' with empty promises and some small side payments. I am assuming most officers, once they google JOHN SIMMONDS will see that he was a successful businessman with golf courses, horses, etc. It takes a bit of reading and homework to realize that Simmonds was a true con man.

I met john Simmonds in Massachusetts at an investor presentation about 10 years ago. I forget who he was raising capital for and I don't even recall all the details, but just speaking to him he sounded like a man that had to try and show off his intelligence.

he sat in a chair with his belly sipping on red wine and bragged about his father, he bragged about his horse racing business and he was telling everyone in the room about buying gold and shares of his stock in some wireless company (i do not remember the name of the company he was ceo of, but the canadian authorities seized it well before the whole fanotech issue.
