I wish you the best but I don't think we are getting our money back. I don't know what happened with the York Region's charges against Simmonds and his cronies, but the fact that they were arrested over three years ago and that nothing has happened since makes me think that the crooks have gotten away with their fraud. An earlier post stated that all charges were dropped against all but Simmonds. I don't know if this is true, but it wouldn't surprise me.

Who got you to invest with Simmonds? What do they have to say?
