Great observation…..I would also add that in addition to the valuable lesson of “your word is your word”, Simmonds is also learning another extremely valuable life lesson and what it means to ignore such sage advice when he was a free man…..that being that when you transition from a free man to an incarcerated state dependent jailbird….”your ass…..is everyone’s ass”….enjoy it Johnny boy….haha!
