I used all my Simmonds related stock certs as asswipe long ago....this clown is a disgrace, a real pathological liar...and all around fraudster POS.....

You might as well use your certs like I did, or light them on fire. They will never become registered, so as long as they remain restricted without a registration statement event, they are completely worthless....now...and forevermore.....
