On the Nasdaq, the standout premarket performer was Xenetic Biosciences Inc (NASDAQ:XBIO), a biotechnology firm that skyrocketed 171.10%. AlphaTON Capital Corporation (NASDAQ:ATON), an investment company, followed with a 138.53% surge, while Nexalin Technologies Inc (NASDAQ:NXL), a maker of medical devices, jumped 95.05%.
The steepest declines came from Zeta Network Group (NASDAQ:ZNB), a blockchain technology company that fell 41.47%. Galecto Inc (NASDAQ:GLTO), a biopharmaceutical firm, lost 40.90%, and Envoy Medical Inc (NASDAQ:COCH), which develops hearing devices, dropped 38.27%.
