BLYMs unfortunate problem right now is that is part of a pilot program on the pinks whereby the MMs are using defined spread restraints, and they for some reason have put the same rule on 001 stocks that they are using for 09 stocks, which is 0005 spreads. same thing occurred with ambv yest, once the stock gets over 001, it immediately goes to 001x0015 and stops the buying because its a 50% spread. Whoever came up with this "pilot" has essentially manipulated the mkt by stopping runs on 001 stocks, who is going to pay with a 50% spread? no one
