Based on my experience with clinical trials through medical school and residency , I agree with seel that it's impossible to predict. What we can predict is the quality of a study and the quality of the team. Rhonda has worked vigorously in ms research , she has seen it all, she has ruled out factors that may have skewed results in initial trials with estriol therefore ruling out things that may cause this current study to not meet end points . I think it's the perfect study and perfect team. Now with that said , if it doesn't work for some patients then that's just how the ball rolls and results won't be astounding. Lets hope for the best

I too am optimistic. I like that study as proof of concept for this one. Though I personally believe results will be positive, from a scientific standpoint one cannot postulate such an outcome based on a 6 person study. Though the results were good, the sample was way to small to predict outcome in a study of sizable population.
