Not really, that is an issue with the owner of regen and their broker. Regen can only begin trading once finra assigns the ticker and has approved the form 211 filing with a sponsoring MM. As soon as that happens, trading will commence. This is all just administrative as the SEC has already granted approval.

I think there's a 30 day period before people who received dividends can trade those shares.
