Agreed. Brokers will assess fees IMMEDIATELY as they want their money. They won't charge customers months later, that's for sure!
In any case, pretty decent volume today (21M Pre-RS) and a modest down day. Volume is starting to pick up, spread is closing, celeb and M&A news around the corner. Things are shaping up!
Cool, usually they won't access the fee until they actually have the shares in hand, not while they fronted them because they would have no idea whether the fees applied. Some do, some don't, but I've only recently seen it ever happen.
