Agreed. Brokers will assess fees IMMEDIATELY as they want their money. They won't charge customers months later, that's for sure!

In any case, pretty decent volume today (21M Pre-RS) and a modest down day. Volume is starting to pick up, spread is closing, celeb and M&A news around the corner. Things are shaping up!
