redbaby...relax....you want serious discussion? At a penny stock board? A stock that has tortured us for 2+ years? ROTFLMAO...get a grip you big baby. What do I do for a living? I'm an S&M Manager for a 70 million dollar company. One which is very profitable by the way. I only play an idiot on the board because as they say "when in Rome...do as the Romans". This place has always been a primal scream room...get over it.

babyred, well, i guess i'll waste some time then. you are way to serious. but let me get on topic.

a question for the esteemed attorneys on this panel. i could use a primer on oral agreements. i understand that you have to have a meeting of the minds to have one, but what does it take to break one? if tom "gave" things away in an agreement, can he then take them away if the other party has not broken that agreement and is still willing to perform on their end?

A.) How is this board just turned into a big joke?
B.) Credibility---- In this stock/or any of it's discussion boards??? C'mon. We have hashed and rehashed everything there is to know about this company from a business aspect, to an investment to encryption, you name it. You tell me, what we haven't discussed???? It's up to the company to perform now, bottom line. the price currently is a reflection of the companies performance, and until we see marked results, this baby isn't moving.
C.) Are you saying that the board members here are not well educated/intelligent??? C'mon, give me a break based on whose standards; yours?
D.) Lighten up francis, It's been a long road, we'll either win or lose. A lot of investors have resigned to the acceptance of a loss, some are just ticked off and blowing steam.

Red: Laugh a little, life is far too short to alway's be serious.

I'm sure we'll all see great improvement in this board when you substitute in. I've never removed anyone's posts. I can't make anyone post. And, I can't censor anyone's posts until I see them. How am I the cause of such a lousy board?
