July options seem to be very active and I track this type of action to determine moves in stocks that are event driven. At the beginning of the year April seemed to make the most sense based on the action. You could have done well on March or April, but you only had a few days based upon the spike and flush.
July has had a lot of volume and you figure management wants to finish the quarter, set the employee stock option plan and issue executive new shares at a low price. You then don't want to immediately issue good news because it will look like a sand bag situation. Wait 4-6 weeks and then let the news flow. July options showing a lot of action and appear to be signaling our coming out party. JMO
