Gets a little tricky with the "spring loaded options" lawsuit lingering out there. They have enough as do all of the employees who had the ability to buy for about a buck for the last 2 years. Waiting means longer enrollment in phase 3 and more patients dying. Sure. Sounds smart. Not.
