The employee stock purchase plan re-sets for the next 6 months on May 1 so all employees will be able to buy stock with a portion of their paycheck at a 15% discount to the closing price on May 1 for the next 6 months. First week of May is also when the compensation committee has met in the past and granted annual options awards to management. I have a hard time trying to find a reason that a company with a history of slowly developing things would release any significant news prior to either of those things happening...but I'd love to be pleasantly surprised. Once again, it's time to look toward ASCO, baby! Ugh.
