The chill has put a halt to any chance that the SP would move up. If they were to have done "the deposit" by somehow "ignoring the chill", the DTCC would go one step further and HALT (can't recall the tech term), but that would kill everything.

I think the "funders" know few shareholders are selling, therefore, it has to be "THE SHORTS", and after 10 years and 78B shares traded, there CAN'T be any shares available for the Volumes we are getting.
