As I recall from the old days, your DD does support my recollection that Hilal will have the voting power irregardless. However, for our issue here, as far as if we do have to challenge Hilal for information or members on his board, then I don't think that would prevent us from doing so thru litigation. I think we could easily prove breech of fiduciary responsibility if it came to that.
But I'm a lot more optimistic that Hilal will respond to our letter writing campaigns and our steadily ratcheting up the pressure for communication. The fact that we have 5 shareholders with about 25% of the suspected outstanding shares makes it possible to get necessary proxies and mobilize extremely quickly.
