If everything was up and up, yes, but many don't play by the rules or trade it via outside "shell company" facades or "friends". Insider trading happens all the time. Not saying Koos has, but the fact that BMSN has walked down steadily after quick rise to .0091, all the time with the potential PR to send this over a penny doesn't make sense unless some people knew a PR wouldn't be forthcoming. News about 2 major developmental events were promised by the end of March, so after the rise, no one could sell without the threat of this "skyrocketing higher" on any pending news and yet we've seen steady, calculated sell-off, not a quick drop.
Doesn't give me a good feeling at all.
