Exactly. Its kinda stupid, really. Offering password management and safe internet surfing for a government, or large corporation PC? SHouldn't those users be WORKING, instead?!?!?

There is nothing stopping any consumer from purchasing a TPM-equipped PC from Gateway. The segmentation is for marketing purposes.
