I just spoke with Marilyn at the T/A and confirm everything in Jack's post 100%!!

She was non-commital when i asked about the date by which a s/h would have to own BMSN to get the divy. She said they have their set of rules and the brokers have their own set, which are those of the SEC.

They (the T/A) seem to distribute to the various brokers in aggregate transfers of all within that brokerage who hold BMSN and then the brokers allocate to the accounts they custody.
