I disagree. Per the PRPM ceo "We kicked off the buyback/retirement program." I could not think of better news. If Jeffries is in full force with the buyback (and I think he is), PRPM will stay at this .0010-.0011 level until he is done. This could not be a better loading zone. Don't know why a single shareholder is unhappy
There's a clear OBJECTIVE to hold PRPM back - I've never seen this level of determination
