There's a clear OBJECTIVE to hold PRPM back - I've never seen this level of determination to prevent a stock from progressing. Could be Shorts, "supposed" longs turned flippers, VENGEANCE (enemies of Vakser).
They clearly are trying to hurt the stock and prevent any pps rise...
