I think there'll be another attempt to pump IWEB as it gets really low fast into subpenny land recently. The promoters will be out I think in near future as this thing hits such nice low area. .004 is an interesting spot so far to start looking at buying.
Just don't be surprised to see the pumpers promoting this back toward .01+, and of course that will be a short term trade only. I'd never look at a stock like this longer term.
