Ronny .. My assessment of management is based on my judgement of how successful they will be in building shareholder value .. the only thing investors should be concerned about IMO. In doing so I have taken into account all that they have available to accomplish that including the technology and whether it and other factors can override their shortcomings. Saying that it can "easily" override their shortcomings is a real stretch. Right now I think on balance their shortcomings can be overriden by other assets in the company but I just might be changing my mind after Tuesday.
I won't debate you on the rest. In your judgement IDCC management will be influenced by your efforts and those of others on this board in the area of shareholder activism and in my judgement they won't. One of us is right and one is wrong. You take credit for the management changes that have happened and I don't believe those changes have anything to do with your efforts or those of anyone else on this board. One of us is right and the other is wrong. However, as possible support for my position I would suggest that you once had an excellent relationship and ongoing dialogue with IDCC IR that was of considerable benefit to your DD as well as the DD of everyone on this board. In fact, I think it is fair to say that at one point no individual shareholder was more respected by IDCC IR than you. I have not seen you post anything for several months about any dialogue, oral or written, that you have had with anyone at IDCC. Have you had any? If not, what does that say about your ability to influence their behaviour and what does it say about how those extraordinarily time consuming shareholder activism efforts are working out for you as Dr. Phil would say?

Danny
