Matt will do what's right for BCAP and then report to the shareholder base. We all know that. It's one of the reasons you don't see shareholders complaining about him and why the share price is almost at $0.0010 even after going so long without releasing updates.
You know this much from being an experienced OTC investor: if there was a problem BCAP would have been trading at no bid x $0.0001 a long time ago, with very little trading volume.
My suspicion is once reports are filed BCAP volume demand takes the stock to $0.01 / share (over 1,000% gain from today's close).
