Sorry accidently hit post prematurely. I meant to clarify, he says there will be a super 8k for 2012 and 2013 regarding VG financials and there will be a 10k for avworks 2013 financials. Therefore, we will not be able to see any financials

$SPLI GREEEEENNNNNNN FRIDAY AS USUAL 3 in a 1 month ! OK so is it 75 calendar days meaning 4/7 at the latest for the SUPER 8K filing to be filed is that correct ? If so then it could also be done before that date as well but not later ?
