We will be seeking licensure with building no. 1. We are NOT waiting for building no. 2. Everything is on schedule for the end of April. This project is funded.
The PHOT deal is in place, it's only when FITX is ready to grow does that kick in, LIGHTING, GROWING EQUIPMENT...via PR they stated this was based on HC approval. All in time my friend
Growlife agreement is still on. The deal had nothing to do with the building construction. Growlife is fitting the buildings with grow equipment. This private funding is for building two construction. Both companies still benefit from each other and both are going to be winners! FITX long!
PHOT to give shares if and only if CEN gets final approval from canadian gov. Does not say anywhere that PHOT is responsible for helping cover costs of building, that is FITX' responsibility. FITX securing funding to finish build to get approved. GOOD NEWS FOR PHOT AND FITX.
Eyes on the prize, ignore the chirping birds.
"GrowLife will issue the Payment Shares only if it receives documentary evidence that a Canadian government agency has by contract, license, or otherwise granted specific rights to Sellers or CEN to grow, harvest, sell, import or export cannabis and cannabis bi-products in an amount not less than 1.3 million pounds of dried cannabis annually. If CEN is not granted the right to grow, harvest, and sell at least 1.3 million pounds, then OGI has the right to rescind the IPA or reduce the Payment Shares proportionately"
