So according to this published agreement... CEN ...it says... MUST have confirmation from the Canadian Govt show that they can EXPORT.... MJ.... now given that .... NO ONE can legally export MJ from Canada..... it doesnt take a legal team to see that CEN wont be able to fill the requirements set forth in the agrrement. Seems simple enough to me.... (Grow life has their way out, built right in to the document, ) when the time comes they will simply point out that because CEN can not fulfill the MJ Export requirement.... they are out.
