Sometimes a little history is not bad to show the newbies just how many times we oldtimers have been built up to tea leave frenzies over the years. It has been very similar to when my brother and I thought that we could get to the top of Mt. Baldy when we were kids. Every once in a while we thought we could see where the trees stopped and it looked as if we were just a few hundred yards away from the top. I certainly hope that I am more successful with IDCC than I was was as a mountain climber. I have certainly thought I could see the trees stop several times, but I am still climbing harder than ever. I have probably violated every cardinal rule of investing with my involvement in this stock over the years. I can still remember my old man yelling "hard ten, let the suckers win one" as he introduced my brother and I to the craps table years ago. I asked him what that was all about on the way home. He said "boys, sometimes you do everything wrong according to the odds and God let's you win one just to make the nut players scratch their heads". God, I miss his "Boisms" as we called them and I hope he was right and IDCC is one of those times.
