what does that have to do with my post, I'm merely pointing out the fact that magna did not acquire the shares on the open market, they got them via a debt conversion at below market prices as all of the debtholders do which in turn results in heavy dilution
it's pretty simple to see that this company is nothing more than a dilution machine - with no cash to pay employees or vendors and a boatload of toxic debt they have no choice but to dilute ad nauseum
