Sorry but they are talking about which area of the industry to get into.... not that they may not be able to do it or not. :o)

Bayport Medicinal Research, Inc., has now officially been incorporated in Colorado (ID# 20141102107) and is in Good Standing with the Colorado Secretary of State. As a wholly owned subsidiary of Bayport International Holdings, Inc., Bayport Medicinal Research, Inc., will uphold the same transparency as their parent company. With that said, management has explored and is currently exploring the many different avenues of profitability this new industry has to offer in the Medicinal Legalized Marijuana sector in Colorado. Several lucrative parts of the industry shine as being very profitable and may, with proper planning, enhance shareholder value and increase share value.

So unless they misstated, there is a process of completing acquisition contracts going on. The result of that, they say, will be announced soon. I understand this to say that their FOCUS in the industry will be governed by contracts they decide to complete. JMHO
