I just checked the pr and copied this:

"Bayport Medicinal Research, Inc., is currently in active negotiations with entities currently licensed in the Colorado Medicinal Research community. Bayport understands the potential volatility and potential legal obstacles in this developing industry. Therefore, the path that Bayport intends to focus will be announced in the very near future. We are in the middle of completing acquisition contracts."

So unless they misstated, there is a process of completing acquisition contracts going on. The result of that, they say, will be announced soon. I understand this to say that their FOCUS in the industry will be governed by contracts they decide to complete. JMHO
