Tax avoidance is a smart strategy for any size business. If a business plans & executes its revenue & expenses & capital expenditures accordingly, tax liability can be substantially reduced. Our tax laws favor & encourage business, as they do real estate ownership, whether democrat or republican or whatever.

I'm talking about full fledged tax evasion: underreporting income, paying for personal expenses in cash to avoid a paper trail, inflating business expenses, etc.

is it different because you are a small business ??

As an employee, I have just LOVED the tax cuts !!!!
I get to keep so much more of my money than before.
It is really incredible.

And the economy has picked up so much since the tax-cuts ...
I had so much trouble finding hi-tech work from 2000-2003 ...
things have really picked up since the extra money "for the rich" has been coming in ...
now they can afford to hire me and others !!!

anyway .. it is strange that you're not seeing the benefits.

Anyone know why ??
