Closing prices are generally used to calculate and the closes have been clicking up steadily which means higher conversion prices and ultimately less shares. A sustained closing prices above .0045 in the near term - which does not seem unreasonable to me- would cut the number of shares needed to finish this off dramatically. GLTY
