LBT, .0022 is the conversion price for the last ten days. Closing prices are generally used to calculate and the closes have been clicking up steadily which means higher conversion prices and ultimately less shares. A sustained closing prices above .0045 in the near term - which does not seem unreasonable to me- would cut the number of shares needed to finish this off dramatically.
