They are pink not otcqb so there in no way to keep track of the issuances. The debt seller is certainly there but does seem to be playing nice.
Just makes for wild swings in price which is good for active traders. A trader that just likes to hold a play might get a bit frustrated with acgx Imo. Personally i like it. :P
