SOMETIMES we overlook the most basic of reasons..i think you have nailed this one...other possible reasons include someone forgot their bank routing # or could not remember it, translation dictiionary misplaced, translator was excluded from plane as all scrambled to be there for food and drink and ?????, fountain pens not included in stp budget, etc..
