I just realized why STP couldn't sign the documents.

After 5 hours of trying, the STP delegation finally gave up and had to return to Sao Tome to show all the complex papers to:

SOMEONE WHO COULD READ!!!!!! LOLLOLLOL

I think I just won the Dave Letterman award for the best of the top ten reasons why Sao Tome did not sign the documents on Friday.

Sorry Sao Tome but you sort of deserved that one. LOL
