The is no doubt that management has restrained this company in favor of absolute control....this is why the most optimistic views are so off....but when I consider the money I have made....who cares?
This is your acknowlegment that management controls Interdig's destiny. And, that they aren't doing well.
Why would you own the company if you felt management wasn't doing a good job? I resubmit that bashing your own company is the is the province of small minds.
From what I have heard about these employees I would say no. I certainly would have liked to see a CEO running IDCC that was from the industry and respected by his peers but it just didn't happen. As we know IDCC looked for a CEO but IMO I don't think they could land one with the right credentials because of all the problems they had with litigations and such. There was to much uncertainty at the time. I remember I questioned when Goldberg was made CEO how they missed him the first two times.
I think Goldberg is a real company man and if the proper person could be attracted to run IDCC I feel he would turn over the reins to that person and go back to doing what he does best.
Day by day things are falling into place and people that know the industry like Frank Marsala are looking at IDCC from a different view than years ago.
I hope everything doesn't fall into place to soon because what would we do every day?
