Certainly no one involved with BIEL any more can be considered as such.
BIEL is open about the fact they are financing the company through dilution. If you dont like that just sell and move on (or wait for the big news).

They really understand that the shareholders have kept them alive for the last few years and will not do anything to "screw" them.
I am surprised how well the stock kept up last week. I fear though that we nay be forming the right hand shoulder and it wasnt a double bottom just a neck line forming.
