think about it in the context I put it. If today we were to hire or promote someone to Chairman of this company to lead it through the next decade....would you pick Harry? get serious.
If on the other hand he's only a temp until a buy out (as presented by some on this board)...he might be just fine.... but should he get another set of restricted and unrestricted options right now?
