I would not credit the MM's for creating them either, I would say that they influence patterns and possibly intentionally exaggerate formations to draw in chart traders dollars. I will say that many star pinkies are created from news and paid promotions, and transition to a combo of tech and fund analysis trading. However this is penny land and it would be naive of us to think that even though we can play along with the chart directing, we don't know their rules, and the way they play them.
