Shell appears to be following the script of Steven Kopits…that we all probably saw through this [video] thread a few weeks ago…

Shell claims it’s not doing that, as noted in the excerpt from the 4Q13 CC in #msg-97787611. Let’s see how Shell follows through—I don’t think this argument can be resolved today.
